  • All orders are processed within 2–4 business days.

  • As our products are handmade, some items may require slightly longer processing. If so, we’ll keep you informed by email or phone.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Timeline

  • Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within:

    • 5–7 business days for metro cities in India

    • 10–15 business days for non-metro and remote areas

You will receive a tracking link via email or SMS once your order is shipped.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping within India is free for all prepaid orders.

  • Shipping charges for international orders vary depending on the destination and courier partner. These will be shared on request before finalizing the order.

4. Packaging & Quality Assurance

  • Every Mehtara item goes through 3 levels of quality checks before dispatch.

  • We use secure, protective packaging to ensure your product arrives without any damage.

  • If an item still arrives damaged, please refer to our Return Policy for assistance.

5. Delivery Delays

While we do our best to ensure timely deliveries, delays can occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions

  • Public holidays or courier backlogs

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Customs clearance (for international orders)

We appreciate your patience in such cases and will keep you informed throughout.

6. International Shipping

Yes, we do offer international shipping, subject to service availability through our courier partners.

If you’re outside India and would like to place an order:

  • We will check with our logistics partners and provide the shipping cost and delivery timeline.

  • Customs duties or import taxes (if applicable) will be the responsibility of the customer.
