At Mehtara, we take immense pride in the craftsmanship and quality of our brass décor. Every product undergoes three stages of quality checks before it reaches your doorstep. As each piece is handcrafted, we ensure the highest level of care and inspection throughout the process.

Returns Are Accepted Only in the Following Cases:

1.  Item received is broken or damaged
2.  Incorrect item received

If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to offer a replacement as applicable.

Return Process:

To initiate a return:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Send an email to mehtaraofficial@gmail.com with:

    • Your order number

    • Photos or videos clearly showing the damage/defect

  3. Our team will review and get in touch with you for the next steps.

Once approved, the product must be:

  • Unopened, unused, and in original packaging

  • Returned with all accessories, if any

Important Notes:

  • Returns will not be accepted for minor irregularities in color, finish, or texture — these are natural characteristics of handmade items and add to their uniqueness.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or incorrect delivery.

  • In case of a refund, the amount will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after product inspection.
