Returns Are Applicable Only If:

  • The item is received in a broken, damaged, or defective condition.

To be eligible for a return or replacement:

  1. You must contact us within 12 hours of receiving the item.

  2. Provide photos and videos showing the damage.

  3. Ensure the product is unused and returned in its original packaging.

Once verified, we will initiate a replacement  as per your preference.

Important Notes:

  • Minor variations in finish, texture, or tone are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.

  • No returns or exchanges will be accepted for reasons other than transit damage or product defects.
